Author's supervision is the control by the project designer over the progress of construction and finishing works: the object being created must comply with the design decisions made during the design and recorded in the documentation. Architectural supervision guarantees the implementation of the project exactly in the form in which it was designed, modified or supplemented by its author, as a party that has a comprehensive understanding of the entire design solution as a whole and its details.

   Author's supervision is carried out throughout the entire period of repair and finishing work, until they are completed. The presence of the designer during the implementation of architectural supervision is mandatory. 

Only the author of the developed concept can make changes and adjustments without disturbing the harmonious connection of all elements of the project, since he has a solid vision of the entire project as a whole, including small details.
