What is a design project?

Design project includes: 

• plan for the placement of furniture and household appliances (2-3 options for customer approval) 

• 3D visualization of the project (2-3 views per room) 

• dimensional drawing with connection of communications

• plan for dismantling partitions (if necessary)

• partition plan (if necessary)

• plan with the arrangement of furniture and equipment

• electrical outlet plan

• lighting plan with luminaire specification

• switch plan

• plan of interaction of switches with light groups

• floor plan indicating types of coatings

• ceiling plan

• plumbing fixture layout plan

• underfloor heating plan

• complex sections, structures

• wall sweeps for each room

• specifications for materials and furniture - this is the selection of materials, plumbing, furniture and lighting in accordance with the intended interior design (style, size, color, fittings, budget), so that the implementation is as close as possible to the idea of the customer and the authors of the project. The customer receives the material in the form of an Excel spreadsheet 

 

Design project development cost: 

Residential interior - pproject with 3D visualization - from $30 per sq.m (if the area of the premises is less than 50 sq.m - the project cost is at least $1500).

Commercial interior - calculated individually.
