How is the development and approval of the project going?
At the first meeting, we discuss your idea (if you come with an already formed request), if there is no understanding of how it should be, we conduct a mini-survey, to find out the important points, the main task, the needs and your preferences. Then we offer solutions.

After we start preparing the design project, you can make 2 big edits (that is, ask to prepare another version of the layout, colors, etc., if you don’t like the previous one ).
Now that the project has been approved, the color scheme has been chosen and the materials have been determined, we are starting to prepare the working documentation, which will become the project roadmap for the coming months, as well as the creation 3D rendering of the interior.
At the same time, we select materials, furniture and plumbing to complete an apartment, house or office, prepare specifications - we collect materials with photos and model names into an Excel document. Even if you decide to do the repair, purchase and installation of furniture and plumbing on your own, you will have a complete guide for 100 percent implementation of the design.
We close each approved stage with a certificate of completion. We fix the edits in writing via e-mail to be sure that we understood each other correctly :)

What if I don't like any of the options?
We offer 2-4 options for a planning solution based on the design specification drawn up together with the customer, we discuss it with you, make corrections and in 99% of cases we come to a common solution.
Can I pay for the project in installments?

How to order a project if I am not in Kyiv?
We have extensive experience not only in preparing a design project for customers from different cities of Ukraine and outside the country, but also in the complete set of objects with furniture and finishing materials.
